On Wednesday, Oct. 22nd, the Mystic Runners are hosting a talk by Dave McGillivray, and they have generously extended an invitation for all the members of the North Shore Striders to join.
The talk will take place on that Wednesday, following the Mystic Runners’ weekly “Lake Q 5K.” Come to run the race (not required), then stay to listen to Dave.
The 5K starts at 6:45 at the Clarion Wakefield (formerly the Lord Wakefield) at 595 North Ave, Wakefield.
The talk by Dave McGillivray, scheduled to start at 8 p.m., will be nearby at the Crystal Community Club, 77 Preston St., Wakefield.
