Suzanne Maria Rossetti died tragically on January 28th, 1981. Sadly, she was only 26 years young. Suzanne was a loving daughter, sister, and friend to all who knew her. Her mother, Louise Rossetti, began running as a way to cope with her daughter’s death. The Louise Rossetti 5k honors both Suzanne’s memory & Louise who passed away on June 30th 2014, at the age of 93.

Louise ran my inaugural 5k/10k race in 2002: “Father’s Day Race for Wellspring”.
She was there, Bobbi Gibb also, and 400+ runners to further the healing from 9/11/2001.
