Congratulations to North Shore Strider teammate, Julie Menosky! Julie and her Liberty Athletic Club teammates smashed the women’s 65 yr. age group 4×400 relay record. The previous mark was 6:13. They set a new World Record with an amazing time of 6:06.8. What’s equally impressive is that Julie is a 5-time Olympic Marathons trial qualifier. Thus, to have the versatility in racing distances is fantastic! One more exciting note. Julie ran the anchor leg too! Way to go, Julie & Liberty teammates!
