– writeup by Mariellen Hayward – The 25th annual Louise Rossetti race was held in Beverly on June 13th. We have had a variety of weather conditions in the past so the cloudy skies and heavy humidity was no surprise. This did not stop 5 Strider Women from giving it their all. The results:
- Lauren Hamilton 3rd 50-59. 23:15 7:29 pace
- Mariellen Hayward 3rd 60-69 27:34 8:53 pace
- Linda Desjardins 2nd 70-79 31:46 10:14 pace
- **Cheryl Welsh 17th 60-69 42:42 13:45 pace
- Nancy Wilson 2nd 80-99 1:05:31 21:06 pace
**Cheryl Is a couple of weeks into her recovery from meniscus surgery! She was planning to walk the race. Pretty impressive time!!
